Rafael Nadal vs Rafael Nadal: The US Open 2014

American Frances Tiafoe upsets Rafael Nadal in 4th round of US Open

U.S. Open 2014: The US Open is a major competition where many of the most famous and famous-for-being-famous tennis players from around the world compete on a single tour for a share of $1,000,000.

So as we all know, Rafael Nadal is one such player. The world number one is, as we all well know, a fierce competitor who has no problems getting back on his feet as he had done on the ATP Tour and who has many times taken on his rivals in the Grand Slam finals.

He’s had some issues with his back, most notably when he had been toiling hard to get back into the top four after his back was broken. Since then, he had said he has been putting in lots of work on it to regain his health and fitness. But apparently, he was ready to give the back some space and try to get the upper hand on Rafael Nadal.

That’s how it’s ended. Rafael Nadal had a tough time with the American player as he upset his idol in straight sets in the fourth round of the US Open.

Here’s the match report after watching the match on live TV. We’ll have our wrap on the whole match right here…

The tournament started out a little rough for the world number one as he made a mess of it early by dropping serve early in the first set at 5-0. Even though he eventually won the first set 6-3, Nadal had to take the second set at love by a huge margin as he broke the American three times in the final game.

The match is one where Nadal’s confidence is really high. He had said in the pre-tournament press conference that he was going to be back to his winning ways after this win and he was right. He just played better, especially in the second set, where he used his superior serve and played at his best.
